how it works ?

CONSULTATIONS
We charge a fee $100 per scheduled consultation. This will be deducted from the total cost to secure your date and time for your one-hour consultation with designer. Payment is non-refundable and will be taken by an invoice via Square where you may pay online prior to your appointment. Payment is required within 6 hours after the invoice has been sent. Please allow 48 hours' notice if you may need to reschedule. Any rescheduling after 48 hours is non-refundable.
During the consultation, the designer will go over your desires, best fluttering fits and materials to ensure we can together create the perfect unique gown. During the consultation hour, Lenka will discuss your design, go over labor cost, and assist with selecting the client's fabric. After a deposit is made, you will receive a sketch (upon request) from the designer via email. Fabric MUST be purchased by the client. The labor cost does not include the cost of fabric.
If you're under the age of 18, consultations MUST be booked by a parent/guardian.

in-production
At the consultation or 5 days after, a non-refundable 60% deposit fee (including sales tax) of the total amount is required to begin the design(s). If there is no payment within 5 days of the consultation, your order will be canceled.
Once order is placed and put in production, client MAY NOT change the design.

Client is entitled to three fittings located at SALABOVA's place of business. Client is limited to two guests at each fitting.
(All children attending must be supervised.)
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, or without proper shoes and/ or necessary undergarments, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
First fitting appointments are scheduled for one hour. Shoes with proper heel height, and undergarments (including but not limited to petticoat / slip, bra, spanx) MUST be brought to the first fitting and proceeding fittings.
First fitting will include a basic construction of muslin for the desired gown.
Second fitting will include perfect muslin cut and third fitting will include desired fabrication, beading and any designed embroidery from the original sketch.
If the constructed silhouette of the garment is simple enough there might be allowed to be only two fittings.
SALABOVA, is not responsible for weight changes, pregnancy or other changes in sizing during the order period.

All appointments must be scheduled at least four months in advance prior to the event. If needing more than three pieces for your event, please schedule your consultation at least five months in advance.
(Rush orders needed in less than two months will be an extra $200+ added to the total cost)
Allow up to 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
There is a $50 cancellation fee that will be added to your total cost if you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment. This also may result in needing to reschedule since the appointment may not be able to be extended at that time.

pick up
SALABOVA will notify the customer once the garment is ready for pick up. We highly recommend the customer allow time to try the garment on at pick up so that we can address any fit or garment issues before garment leaves the store. The customer will be required to sign a waiver releasing SALABOVA of any responsibility regarding any issues with the order once the garment leaves the store. Orders not picked up within 30 days become the property of SALABOVA, and no refund shall be given to the customer.
no returns, refunds or exchanges
Dresses are made-to-order, so once you purchase the dress, it`s yours-no matter what- even if the event or your participation in the event is canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS.
DISCLAIMER
If client is dissatisfied after signing all paperwork saying they are satisfied, client will not receive a refund of payments. SALABOVA has a right to stop production at ANY time due to consistent disrespect, negativity, or lack of communication after attempts to please the client.
